I was not always aware that being witnessed by others was my route to freedom. As a child the level of structure and performance that came with dance and music classes brought fears of perfectionism, a sense that I could never be good enough. But, over the years, performance keeps returning to me and each time it brings me new learnings, new growth. As I seek my route through this maze of life, the way ahead is thick with vegetation, hiding the path that I am led along. As I gently dance my way through, I trust that the undergrowth will unfurl to show the way. Clearing energy that has become stuck in my body, releasing it reveals another layer of possibility within.

This is why I hold space for others, supporting them as they find their route to a more peaceful and vibrant existence.
