A miscarriage after the death of their first child put Kirstine on a path to finding a wilder version of self. Developing chronic fatigue after contracting swine flu in 2009 found Kirstine re-examining their priorities in life. Kirstine gave themselves permission to build a way of living that worked for their body, their neurology and they continue to adapt with every transition that life brings.

Kirstine identifies as creative, neurodivergent, queer, non-binary, highly sensitive and seeking a life that nourishes their mental health. Kirstine is a strong believer that self care isn’t about rewarding yourself with chocolates and bubble baths, it’s about creating a life that you don’t feel like you need to escape from.

Kirstine supports others as they go through their own transitions on their path to healing.
